Section Four: “Traffic TRAX” and Your Companies True Potential (45 Minutes) Sales Management and the Owner should attend

v     Revenue Per Up and the benefits of this benchmarking

v     Understanding and if you are understaffed, what does it cost and how do you get your staff to want to assist in staffing properly

v     Comparisons between what the traffic says and what the salespeople enter into the Upboard

Section Five:  “Maintenance”  Insuring your system is customized properly for your company.  (45 Minutes)  Management should attend Owners attendance is optional.
