After clicking on the link, you will get a "File Download" window, you need to select "Save This File To Disk" and click <OK>. Then a "Save As" window will pop up make sure that you select "Desktop" in the "Save in" drop-down window then click <Save>.

When the download is completed, the zipped file will reside on your desktop. Double left click on it, select all the files that you see and click <Extract>, click <Extract> on the 2nd window. This will place the files the you've unzipped on your desktop.
