I just wanted to drop you a line saying "Thanks" for the wonderful software program. I have been in the furniture retail business for over 18 years and am so glad to see someone has finally come up with a system that assists in tracking sales statistics.

In less than 30 days we were able to utilize some of the valuable information that your system provides. Just prior to this years furniture market we were able to find from your reports that we had a huge void in occasional tables.

We were getting the opportunities through the door, but this was one of our weakest "closing" categories. So the Saturday before market, our buyer asked the salespeople why they thought we had such a low "closing ratio" in this area and they said they needed more wood top vs. glass top occasional. He was able to go to market with this info and fill our needs!

We had purchased this software to assist the salespeople but have found it a very useful tool for everyone involved. I am sure we will reap the rewards for many, many years to come from this Super Sales Assistant!
