This is the one described earlier. Shows in graph format for each employee the goal level achieved each week of a month. If they exceed their goal they receive two thumbs up. If they are below their goal, but above the minimum set they receive one thumb up. If they are below goal they receive a yellow caution sign. And if they are superstars and have hit the percentage over goal you set for them they receive the double Eagle Symbol.
