Dates

TRAX Properties establish system reports beginning and ending dates.

When doing a series of reports with the same date range, you can establish the beginning and ending dates one time with this function.  Click File, Properties.  Click the Dates tab. 

When the Select Dates, Use Defaults box is not checked the system will automatically default to the current month up to the current date.

We have also set up a customized feature where you may select an option to decide when the next automatic reminder is set. The choices are 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, or 2 months if there is no activity for that period.  In other words if there is no customer action or activity planned you may automatically remind all salespeople of those customers who have not purchased on a periodic basis.  I believe the smartest way to manage This activity is to ask your salespeople to periodically check their customer activity and change each action date when needed through the Customer Info and Mailing link discussed earlier.
