Click File, Properties. Click the UpBoard tab.
Standard Method removes the associate from the UpBoard rotation while they are on the floor. When they return to the On Deck list they will be at the bottom of the list. The Standard Method also permits you to use the Personal Trade feature that rewards sales people for generating loyal customers.
SRI Method allows the associate to remain in the UpBoard rotation while with a customer. The associate does not lose his/her place and continues to move up in the rotation while on the floor. This method does not allow use of the Personal Trade feature.
