Setup For the Global Traffic Trax Combined Database System

Double left clicking the shortcut will initiate the program and the first stop will be the password window.  The default password is <MANAGER>. 

 

 

 

 

Once the password has been entered select <Maintenance><Showrooms>.

 

 

 

 

Use the browser to locate the TT Data file in location and click on the target file to lock in the path.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once this path is set the system is ready for testing.  Close the Global software.  Select <Export> for manual exporting at the store location.  Once the mouse hourglass returns to a pointer the export is complete. 

Simply opening the Global software will import the transferred information and populate the database to easily view reports.

Reports

The reports the Global Combined Database Software has to offer are available under the <Reports> option in the Global software and are as follows.

Hourly Traffic

The Hourly Traffic Report will show an entire week of traffic information based on the store hours defined in the <Administration><Store Hours> setup page.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The information can be retrieved in the following format.

1.      Week Ending – Selecting the drop down arrow will open a calendar.  Selecting a                                                                                                                                                                                                specific date will setup the parameters viewing information.

2.      Showroom Name – This drop down will display location options to select from.

The location option can be made from the city and state as well.

This is identified as 3 & 4.

Traffic Analysis

This report allows you to view traffic totals in the following different formats:

1.      By – Day – Week – Month – Quarter – Year

2.      By – Showroom – City – State

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Staffing Analysis

This report produces a report, which allows you to compare your customer traffic to the number of salespeople you have on staff.

1.      This information can be retrieved for any specific period of time by using the drop down calendars.  These combine to give you a begin and end date range for the requested information.

2.      Selecting the drop down for the showroom will allow the selection of a particular location.

3.      The <First><Previous> <next><Last> buttons allow you to move between days of information as the window displays one day of information at a time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Performance Per Opportunity

The information as in the previous reports can be retrieved by <Week> <Month> <Quarter>.  The calendar allows the selection of a end date for requested information.

The information can by location by selection the showroom drop down arrow.

This report will calculate several key numbers and display the following totals:

1.      PPO – Performance Per Opportunity is the total dollar amount each opportunity is actually worth in dollars.

2.      Number of Opportunities – This is the total number of opportunities for that day of business.

3.      Number of Invoices – The total number of invoices written on that day of business.

4.      Dollar Volume – The total dollar amount generated on that day of business.

5.      Average Sale – The average dollar amount of combined sales.

6.      Closing Ratio – The percentage of closed sales from that day of business.
